Products

All items are handmade and one of a kind. Colours, shapes, and textures may vary slightly from photos. This is part of what makes each piece unique — not a defect.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed will be honoured at the listed price. Payment is currently arranged directly with Melinda via email or message.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are made to your specifications where possible. A deposit may be required for custom work. Custom items are non-refundable once work has begun.

Intellectual Property

All product photos, descriptions, blog content, and design elements on this site belong to Stix & Pebbles. Don't reproduce them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Stix & Pebbles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of products.

What We Collect

When you contact us or place an order, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address. We also log your IP address and browser type for security purposes.

How We Use It

Your information is used only to fulfil orders, respond to enquiries, and improve the site. We never sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.

Cookies & Tracking

This site does not use cookies or third-party tracking. We don't use Google Analytics or any advertising trackers. Your browsing is not monitored.

AI Features

The Mini Mel chat and blog content writer use Cloudflare Workers AI. Your chat messages are processed in real time and are not stored or used for training. No conversation history is kept on our servers.

Data Storage

Contact form submissions are stored securely in a Cloudflare D1 database to respond to your enquiry. We retain messages for up to 12 months, then delete them.

Your Rights

You can request to see, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email us at melinda@stixandpebbles.com and we'll respond within 7 days.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Within Australia

We ship from Irvinebank, QLD. Shipping is calculated at the post office based on weight and destination. We'll email you the shipping cost before sending. Most orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days.

International Shipping

We can ship internationally. Costs vary by destination and are calculated at the post office. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Packaging

Every piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to survive the journey. We use recycled and eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is handmade and unique, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll work out a solution — replacement, repair, or refund.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your parcel doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, let us know as soon as possible. We'll lodge a claim with Australia Post and sort it out for you.
