Made to order and one-of-one pieces
Each Stix and Pebbles piece is handcrafted. Custom commissions and one-of-one pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Ready-to-ship items
If your item is ready-to-ship, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Damage or transit issues
Please email photos of any damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
